Very good website, had purchased many items from there so far and the current order # is my latest one. Their prices are one of the best in the market and top notch service is of course a bonus as well. Just make sure you top up for tracked shipping if your order does not give it for free. If without tracking there is a higher chance for it to go missing but if it results to that, the company compensates fairly.
One and a half month ago i ordered a smartphone from the UK Warehouse.. When i received the package, the phone was missing (the box was opened and the phone was stolen somewhere in the way).. I contacted with them, they apologized and they proposed to sent me a new one or sent me my money back.. I choose to sent me a new one.. When i received the package the phone was missing once again.. I sent them again to explain the situation.. They apologized once again and they proposed me a refund, which i accepted.. Unexpected customer service.. Truly excellent !!

I purchased a rather disputed product for the DIY laptop enthusiast market (the EXP GDC Beast). The product in question has been known to occasionally present slight defects, in the sense that it would be functional but slightly slower than advertised. This does not happen often, as there are thousands of satisfied purchasers and only disparate cases of purchases with issues, but it does often.
I was one of those unfortunates for whom the defect did occurs. When getting in touch with Banggood support to get a solution for my issue, they provided helpful and timely advice and attempted to resolve my technical issue. When it was clear that the issue was with the product itself, they quickly offered to refund my purchase and keep the product. The refund was processed within 2 working days.
Though there is certainly plenty of improvement that may be done to the front-end, product descriptions and overall look of the site, everything that Banggood could and should have done to make sure my experience as a customer was positive, they did.
And the price is, of course, unbeatable.
