Заказал 6 наименований товаров в этом магазине, заказ разбили на 4 посылки, все посылки пришли в течение 3-х недель на Украину, но в одной из посылок при получении не оказалось одного из товаров указанного в инвойсе:Confirm Chip M42 Lens To Canon EOS EF Mount Adapter(адаптор с чипом М42 3-го поколения для объективов типа Гелиос-44 для установки их на фотоаппараты Canon) Посылка пришла без повреждений, поэтому я её получил. Т.е. утверждать что адаптор пропал на почте я не мог, возможно что забыли положить при отправке с магазина. Обратился в онлайн сервис магазина Banggood, где после общения с человеком под ником Rain, мне отправили повторно не полученный мною ранее заказанный товар. Посылка пришла в течение месяца в целостности и сохранности, я остался доволен покупкой и обслуживанием магазина, а также тем, что даже в спорной ситуации, магазин пошёл на встречу покупателю. Это моя не первая покупка, всегда всё доходило вовремя и описанного качества. Буду и дальше производить покупки в данном магазине. Спасибо человеку под ником Rain за отзывчивость и доверие!
