I absolutely love this website, prices are very low and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the products. The customer service is awesome, they answer very fast and they’re always nice. I ordered an electronic cigarette battery wich is awesome, the color (green) is so beautiful and it works so good. I also recommand the electronic cigarette atomizers, they are very good! Delivery time is often fast (~2 weeks to arrive in France). I think Banggood is one of the most serious China based website .

Durante este año he comprado unas 5 veces en banggood, a precios buenos ( teléfonos, accesorios y cámaras de acción.) el servicio es excelente, rápido y muy bien empacado. el servicio a cliente es rápido y en caso de algún inconveniente siempre ofrece buenas soluciones. de mis 5 compras las que venían por correo registrado no tuvieron ningún problema. pero las de correo ordinario. se extraviaron en el correo. por lo que me puse en contacto con el servicio a cliente y ellos ofrecieron el re envió y me regalaron el envió en correo registrado para no volver a tener problemas. This order was for a scalpel-type hobby knife. It’s a good item, very sharp, and with a protective cover for the blade when not in use. I’m very happy with it.
I’ve been dealing with Banggood for about 4 years now, and have placed over 200 orders, mostly for small items, but occasionally for items in the $100-$300 range. I always read the descriptions very carefully, as well as checking what others have said about the item and even asking questions of Banggood where necessary.
Overall my experience has been very good, and I’ve rarely regretted a purchase. Banggood seems more motivated than its competitors to strive to improve what they do, and to take customer feedback seriously. They are outstanding in putting things right if you have found a transaction unsatisfactory in any way. Also, where other sites are offering the same item, BG are nearly always cheaper. Yet for the items I’m most interested in, being radio controlled model aircraft, they are also the best at providing a spare parts service.

FX067C 2.4G 4CH 6 Axis Gyro Flybarless RC Helicopter (Toy)
This is the second helicopter I have purchased since starting in the hobby a year ago. The first was a HP (Hobby People) X2 (that cost as much money to keep flying in repairs as it cost to purchase). The FX067C is well designed & well built. I would give it a 5 star rating for quality but the Transmitter needs improvement. The power switch did not operate properly sometimes after about four weeks of use when binding the helicopter to the Transmitter. Then power switched failed while flying & caused damage to the helicopter when it crashed. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new helicopter! (5 stars for them). Other reviews mention some transmitter problems, so I hope the Transmitter will be improved for better reliability. For now I modified the power switch so it cannot be jarred to the off position. The replacement parts are reasonably priced but are only available from the China warehouse. I would like to see parts become available at the USA warehouse which would shorten delivery times
