It’s a funny thing that people talk of the delays they experience getting their orders sent from Banggood, postage is included in the price, prices, I might add, that are, in my experience, cheaper than anywhere else offering free postage, and the goods are coming from China. Phew, what do they expect?
I have had items arrive seven days after ordering, in one instance an item arrived, in country Australia, a mere six days after ordering. Because I keep track of my orders I can tell you that for the 60 or so orders for 121 individual items and more than 300 pieces I have bought from Banggood the average delivery time has been 13.43 days to date. You won’t hear me complain about those figures, remember, I’m in country Australia not one of the major metropolitan areas, it can take two weeks, or more, to get a package delivered from one remote area in Australia to another remote area.
OK, so I’m new to the Banggood, I placed my first order on April 27 this year, but I cannot fault their customer service. I’ve had timely, and very satisfactory, responses to the couple of issues I’ve had.
Banggood gets a big “thumbs-up” from me.

I discovered Banggod some weeks ago and after surfing a bit on their site I decided to buy something.
I payed at the end of July and I was sure I had to wait items till the end of August (usually shipment from China to my country takes a long time… more or less 1 month). Well, after 2 weeks (mid August) they arrived. Very surprised.
Items are as described on the site, originals (not fake!), brand new, and they work.
Unfortunately one of them doesn’t give me all the potential it should. I contacted the Banggood service, I described the situation, I sent them some pictures in order to provide documentary evidence and they offer me a total refund of the item: it is a reasonable solution.
So in this way I had also the possibility to check the efficency of the service in case there is something bad. And I was (and I am) satisfied.
So, fast delivery, very good assistance, original products.

Customer service is very good. Once i had a problem with a product (a small quadcopter who didn’t fly for a fabric damage) and they assisted me very good: Willow took in charge my claim, asked me a video to show the problem and in few days he prepared a reship with a new quadcopter.
