WHat to say about this fantastic web… this is the best shopping web i ve ever bought in… prices rock very much, i always recieve the best cs service attention … they always solve any doubt or problem in not more than 3 days (only if you cant chat with them in public hour, because if you can, they answer you at the moment!) The product i bought was a Headset, and for me, it s better than SONY one… and it s 3 times cheaper! i only have to say.. CONGRATULATIONS BANGGOOD, keep this way, because i ll keep buying !!

Initial order was broken in shipment, but replacements were promptly sent. Very good seller.
Banggood lost one of my orders and will not reply to any attempts to fix the problem. I sent 4 emails to customer service as directed by their website. This was done over the course of a week and there has not been a single reply to any of them. Their only other listed contact option, live chat, has been closed.
I paid for my order, it was never sent (no tracking info either) and Banggod does not care. They are receiving my emails but choosing to ignore them. I count this exactly the same as theft.
On their website under the heading “Can I trust Banggood”, their first sentence reads:
“If you have any doubts about importing from China, you’re right to be cautious.”
Take this warning to heart. Everything they say after that about taking care of their customer’s is false. Do not use this service. They will take your money and there is nothing you can do about it.
I had an issue and got no response from Banggood, but when I emailed the seller directly, the problem was promptly addressed. I have done a lot of business with Banggood, and this was my first issue ever.

I have no problems with Bangood’s products and services, and look forward to continue shopping with them.
I have ordered a FrSky transmitter for 200$ on the 9th of November. After twenty days I got the message that they had a delay in the shipment. Well till now the transmitter has not arrived and Banggood does not answer to my requests. Actually I just received a cheap battery that I did not order and do not need. Now it is the beginning of February. Unfortunately all my hope to get the transmitter is gone. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY ANY STUFF THERE!

I recently ordered a Utime X1 5-inch MTK6589 1.2Ghz Quad-core Smartphone and Solar Charger Power Bank from Banggood and I was extremely satisfied with the whole order process and delivery.
I ordered the goods on a Saturday, they were shipped out on Monday and arrived exactly two weeks later from the day I ordered them and postage was free!
The two items arrived in perfect condition because they were well packaged i.e. inside a polystyrene box for protection.
The Utime X1 is an excellent phone for under $140.
I’m impressesed with the speed of the phone, the clear bright screen and good battery life. Everything seems to be working well on it including the GPS which I was a little worried about after reading that some Chinese phones have poor GPS reception. The phone has two SIM slots and both work well on 2g & 3G here in the UK.
All in all a very pleasant buying experience and fantastic phone for the money, so I can definitely recomend Banggood to everyone.
Again, I bought some little things that are cheap and good quality and very fast deliveries and I am very satisfied. BangGood nobody divided into small and large customers, for him, are all equally important. That’s what I really like about them
