I bought a very cute wallet and the product arrived is exately like in the photos! The good quality in which the wallet is and the time I waited for it to arrive are both positive.
The staff members are very polite, kind and professional. I had some problems because the product I ordered was out of stock, and the staff contacted me to ask what would be better for me to do (have a refund or wait for it to be avaible again?).
