I got very good experience with Bangood.com and I do order quite a lot of items trough them.
Just the other day I had bad luck for the first time with a item I ordered.
After receiving a defective item I contacted the customer service by email and within 24 hours I got a respond with the question to send a picuture or short video of the defective item
(in my case a SKMEI waterproof watch from which the hands didn’t move buti only the digital part worked)
Less than 24 hours later I got confirmation they received my email with the video and their salesman would look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible.
The next day I got a email with their apology and they would send a new item if I agreed on it.
Within 10 days I got my replacement item in good working condition π

I bought an item which upon arrival was found to be faulty. Band good changed it with very little fuss and then shipped air mail free of charge to me in the UK.

Recently I had an issue with one of my orders… it some how got lost in the mail..over 6 weeks. I contacted customer service and explained that the order never arrived.. I received an email from them in no time.. as they suggested I made contact with my post office and got back to them.
Banggood reshipped the items to me and 3 days later the original package showed up.. I contacted Qiuyue in customer service and informed them that the original package arrived. When the replacement package arrives, I will be contacting Qiuyue again to arrange payment… Wonderful people…. Thank you Banggood.com

I have now been buying RC and other items
for my family and friends from Banggood for a number of years. I have only had 3 items not up to there normal standard and every time.
I informed there people,they have replied quickly and sorted out the situation ASAP
as for price I have found there’s to be top of the class for the RC helicopters and mini quadcopter’s I have bought I would not buy from any other company I some times wish the shipping was a bit shorter but the P+P is normally free so I’m not complaining
