Very good stuff, nice contact, fast shipping.
I am already very satisfied by the products I ordered in banggood, their price, sometimes delivery is even free from china to france.
But know I had to deal with customer service because I did a mistake placing twice an order in 3 days of interval (I forgot I had placed already one). After contacting customer service I had an answer in 1 day and was refunded immediately when I asked to cancel the order.
Banggood people are fast and customer oriented, I recommend banggood to anyone but specially my friend here in france.

When I ordered a cheap smartwatch from banggood I wasn’t expecting much for the price. When it arrived I was pleasantly suprised at the excellent quality and number of features it had. A couple of the features required me to download a “BT notifier” app on my phone and I couldn’t find one on the app stores that worked. Michell at customer services was very helpful and pointed me to a QR code on the watch that linked me to the website where the required app was located. It’s nice to have a watch where all the features work now. Thanks Michell.
Banggood have a superb customer service; quick with their responses and helpful in handling issues. The smart watch that I had ordered turned out to be faulty. We made unsuccessful efforts to fix it by firmware upgrade, with their guidance and requiring a lot of time and patience on my part! In the end they apologised for the experience, refunded my payment and sent me a free replacement. This has now been received and appears to work as intended. Will certainly shop again at Banggood with confidence.
