Hello everybody,
I usually buy in Banggood.com because of the great prices of the products, quality and excellent customer service they provide. Shipping usually takes around 3 to 4 weeks to my remote location, but they always arrive.
I had two issues with products which arrived not working properly and I contacted to customer service, they offered me a refund or a new product without any problems, the only thing I had to do was to send them back a picture or a video explaining what was wrong. Once, I did that, they re-send me the products without any extra cost.
People from Banggood.com are excellent as far I have been dealing with them for about 3 years now.

Admit it, we all need the great, inexpensive merchandise coming out of China these days. It’s nice to have an online retailer that you can trust, with Customer Service who cares. You have that at Banggood.com. They fix their mistakes at their expense, and do so with grace and care. Sure, shipping takes some time, if you choose the free option, which is available for all products, but it’s coming from half-way across the world, after all. I’ve been buying online since 1995, and Banggood.com has been the best online experience I’ve ever had.
Overall, one of the best online shopping site that I have been to. Since March 2015, I have made some 50 orders to Banggood and all transactions are all good.
Customer service is top notch with usually same day respond to enquiries pertaining to product or delivery. They are also very prompt to resolving issues arising from product or delivery.

Hi , I am doing shopping at Banggood for few years . I purchased items from all kinds of discipline : RC toys and helicopters systems, electronics led lamps , and other items . After comparison of prices I found Banggood very competitor prices . The shipment was excellent , very fast , always with tracking number . the service was very good . I had ordered a wrong plug standard , so i just sand them an e-mail , their response was very fast ( few hours only) , and they send me the correct plug with no issue ,

I have done a lot of purchasing RC toys from BangGood recently. So far, They are seldom mistakes on their supply either missing or wrong items by mailing.
