I ordered 2 sets of 100% 20 inch human hair extensions. Was so disappointed when I opened the packages. First they came folded in 3. The length of the extensions barely reach 20 inches and from half way down the extensions the hair is so thin and sparse. There is literally 20 strands of hair from the half way point to the bottom of the extension. I cannot give these to clients, they look cheap and are not nearly as thick as they should be. Little did I know they don’t give refunds for any reason but if you want to exchange them for another cheap pair you get to pay the return shipping! Customer service is awful! Don’t waste your money, go somewhere with trusted reviews! I also left a review on their site which they haven’t put up….in fact they hardly have any reviews on their site…go figure!
