Ordered 10 dresses. All but two were super cheap material with seams in weird places, not as pictured. My main complaint is they refuse to email me back with return information even after 4 emails and now, the 7 days has past for their return policy. Total scam in my opinion!
Sizes were completely off – I am a medium and ordered large because I prefer a loose fit. One item has a stitching error in the front lapel. Another item has a crotched section which is unraveling and I gave the 3rd item away because I could barely pull the LARGE over my torso. I am a size 6 US…! Cute stuff and great prices but between the lousy quality, sizing and LONG delivery time; I will not purchase from this place again.
It’s been nine days and still nothing has shipped. I’ve emailed several times with no response. This is a HORRIBLE company and I couldn’t be more dissatisfied!
I been trying to contact these people for the pass 3weeks to fine out about my order obe the phone number on site doesn’t work emails delivered and o respondi even send a ticket on their site 4 times and no one, no one replied…..worst customer service ever……
WARNING-SCAM. i think i’ve been had! Silly me I ordered a dress from wholesaleitonline.com….. which keeps appearing to the right of this space. It arrived with a hole in it. They said they will send another one when i reorder something else. THeir website states that they have an excellent refund policy and will refund within 7 days. That’s a joke…! DESPITE my insistence of a full refund they ignore my request and keep repeating that that i must order something else and they’ll send another dress!! BEWARE BEWARE!
I placed an order and entered incorrect information upon checking out. I contacted customer service immediately and they were very responsive. I received my items timely and was very satisfied with them.
I had contact with customer service daily until my order was received and the service was excellent. I would order from them again.
They sent me the wrong size, the size tag was cut off, and they will not replace the product and will not refund me. Poor me, I should have believed the bad reviews about them,,,Lesson learned
They are a scam. Please don’t buy from them.

They send me the tracking number after I have purchased my product and I check it from time to time and it’s accurate. I have ordered two coats, one shirt and boots that costs $120.00 and the price is reasonable. I will definitely order soon.
The sizes that are small for Europe are actually medium. I ordered dresses and one on them has defect. The medium size which won’t fit my skinniest friend and even a 14 year old girl. The don’t want to reimburse me back, instead they offer to give me 10% if I buy a larger size. They don’t want me to return back the article to them. And so I lost money. Most of the dresses are nice in pictures but in reality they are low quality and doesn’t fit well. If you are European, better not buy for there is a big discrepancy in sizes
I made 3 big purchases on this website, and I have no complaint. I love the clothes, the accesories, the bags, etc. If you going to buy some clothes check the sizes chart first. Most of the items are One size. And you can online search photos of bloggers wearing the pieces. So you can have a better image of the fabric etc.

And if the company does not like my message, then fix my problem and I will write a better review. I just found another way to contact them. I opened up a ticket in the support center. It was kind of hard to find. If they resolve this problem, then I take back everything I said and will write a good review. Wish me luck.
Wholesaleitonline.com is a scam Company. I ordered several pieces from this website, only to keep receiving emails from them saying: “they did not receive my shipping fee. I went thru Pay Pal to place my order, there was no way they were going to get away with that lie. I forwarded the Company the email from Pay Pal thanking me for my payment. Wholesaleitonline still said they didn’t see it. They like to play DUMB as if there so busy with emails and orders that they didn’t see it, which they told me at the last min, but still didn’t ship out my order. Luckily I paid thru Pay PAL. I was able to get refunded in a timely manner. I actually think this site is apart of wholesale.dress.net they’ve been getting so many bad reviews that they tried to get another domain. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY! The clothes are awesome but I think the website is FAKE!! BEWARE!!
