Non existent customer service. Repeated attempts to contact with no response. Requested a return authorization multiple times even agreeing to their rediculous restocking fees but still no response.

Worst experience. No one responded to me after multiple attemps to get a hole of them. They charged me right away yet I couldn’t get a hold of anyone via phone, email, and they’re 24/7 chat hotline! Such a joke. I will NEVER use this website again. Not to mention they are fake UGGs so disappointing.
