i ordered from the company, but i received my dress within 10 days. everything is ok with my dress and i love it
I purchased the Organza Sweetheart Wedding Dress from DressOK.Com based on the photos, buyer feedback and their return policy which was very comforting. When I received the product I was disgusted- the item was significantly different from the photo, and had very major defects. The breast padding was over an inch and a half uneven, the lace was fraying in several areas, and neckline was an uneven v-neck, and many more flaws.
I tried posting a negative review of the product on their website on multiple occasions. They never post it! Now I know why every comment on their site is positive and gives 4-5 stars. They are probably fake, not to mention that they wont post the negative feedback. This is very misleading and a complete scam.
Per their return policy, if the item is “not of the quality it is supposed to be” you are entitled to a full refund PLUS the cost of shipping and handling to send it back. I sent them photos of every defect, and they wrote back claiming it had been made “perfectly” and that I was not entitled to a refund. Unbelievable! I threatened to report their company to PayPal, and at that point they admitted that it wasn’t acceptable and offered me 60% of my money back and let me keep the dress!
60% however was not enough, I want a full refund for this pathetic excuse of a wedding dress. I mailed the dress back to the address listed on their site, in China, and paid 30 more dollars to send it there. A month later I had still not been refunded and they claim it has never arrived. The Post Office can not track packages over seas so I can not prove either way.
I have since requested that they refund the 60% as promised. They keep claiming they will send it within 5 days, but I have been hearing this for over a month. The bottom line with this company is that their product is NOT what they show in photos, and their feedback and return policy is falsified!
